This role is ideal for a passionate retail leader with a proven track record in driving sales, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of store operations, ensuring commercial success, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service and brand presentation.

Description

• Drive sales performance and achieve store targets
• Lead, coach, and develop store staff
• Manage recruitment, training, and performance processes
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards
• Oversee stock control, shrinkage management, and inventory accuracy
• Maintain visual merchandising and operational excellence
• Manage store administration, cash handling, and daily reporting

Education Profile

• Matric Certificate (essential)
• Previous retail and customer service experience
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• 2+ years of retail management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
